HEATING NOZZLE
( The Lab ) · Instruments 001 → 003

Instruments for printing in concrete.

We built the machines. Then we opened the controls. The same software our engineers print with, running in your browser. No licence, no login, no idea too strange to slice.

Slicer

Your mesh → our robot's language

Upload an STL, and watch it dissolve into layers. The slicer previews every pass the nozzle will make: seams placed where you want them, corners eased, spiral vase mode for unbroken walls. Then it hands you the G-code a KUKA six-axis arm can drink.

Planter Studio

Nature × parametric · Vessels from sliders

Set the section, the profile and the height, and a vessel grows in front of you: twisted, fluted, bulged, or something no one has dragged into existence yet. The three planters in our catalogue each began here, as a set of sliders. Yours can end as concrete.

Wall Developer

Whole walls, patterned in relief

Set the wall's run, thickness and height, then choose a front face from twenty-four printed patterns: flutes, chevron, moire, ripples, dunes. Dial in relief depth, scale, angle and sharpness, orbit the live 3D panel, and download a print-ready STL tuned for the nozzle.
